Well known to audiences of the Piano**** series, Korean pianist Sunwook Kim, winner of the 2006 Leeds International Piano Competition and celebrated worldwide, will dedicate his programme entirely to Beethoven.
Violinist Clara-Jumi Kang is an artist of supreme musicianship, impeccable refinement, and poise, as evidenced by the numerous awards and honors she has received since bursting onto the scene by winning the Indianapolis International Violin Competition in 2010, following successes at the Seoul Violin Competition (2009) and the Sendai Violin Competition (2010).
Her cycle of Beethoven violin sonatas with pianist Sunwook Kim, released by Accentus last season, received excellent reviews and nominations.
